RockPay Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. Agreement: By creating a RockPay account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein.

1.2. Updates to Terms: RockPay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our app. Continued use of RockPay after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use RockPay. By using RockPay, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with RockPay and must not be barred from using our services under any applicable laws.

2.3. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules when using RockPay, including those related to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and economic sanctions.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. Account Creation: To use RockPay, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

3.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must notify RockPay immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. RockPay is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3.3. Account Restrictions: RockPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity. We may also restrict access to certain features or impose limits on your account for security or regulatory reasons.

4. Use of RockPay Services

4.1. Permitted Uses: You may use RockPay for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sending money to friends and family, paying for goods and services, and managing your finances.

4.2. Prohibited Uses: You may not use RockPay for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including:

• Engaging in money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Using RockPay to purchase or sell illegal goods or services.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to RockPay systems or other users' accounts.

5. Fees and Charges

5.1. Service Fees: RockPay may charge fees for certain transactions or services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you complete a transaction. By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to pay the associated fees.

5.2. Currency Conversion: If you make a transaction in a currency other than your account's default currency, RockPay may charge a currency conversion fee. The applicable exchange rate will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

6. Refunds and Disputes

6.1. Refunds: Refunds for transactions made through RockPay are subject to the refund policies of the merchant or service provider. RockPay will facilitate refunds only when required by law or when the merchant agrees to issue a refund.

6.2. Disputes: If you have a dispute with another user or merchant regarding a transaction, you agree to resolve the dispute directly with the other party. RockPay may, at its discretion, assist in resolving disputes, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from such disputes.
